docs: correct README agent list and --auto description

What

• Remove the Review bullet from the README agents list.
• Reword the --auto description so it matches the flag's actual behavior.

Why

The agents section listed a built-in Review agent that does not exist. The built-in agents are code, plan, debug, and ask, plus the explore subagent and the deprecated orchestrator. The docs state this explicitly, and code review runs through the /review slash command, not a switchable agent.

The --auto wording also overstated the flag: it auto-approves permission prompts, but an explicit deny rule still blocks the action and fails the run. The new wording matches the CLI help text.
