The Agent Manager documentation describes PR badges and discovery but does not explain how to use the associated review panel. Add task-oriented guidance for opening the panel, understanding branch and review state, reading comment hunks and replies, sending context to Kilo, resolving threads, copying and opening links, and handling GitHub CLI or stale-data problems. Clarify that the panel does not post GitHub replies, so users know when to continue the conversation in GitHub.
