Agent Manager documentation currently describes new worktrees as starting from the checked-out branch, which is no longer accurate for project-scoped defaults. The documentation now describes the actual precedence: the selected project's configured default base branch, an explicit dialog selection, and automatic remote-default detection when no configured default exists. It also distinguishes worktree creation ancestry from the diff panel's comparison base and documents the stale-branch fallback.
