The Agent Manager tool description explains how to answer pending questions in managed sessions, but it does not distinguish question blockers from permission blockers.
Document the separate permission attention state and clarify that resolving a question uses its own
answerapproval. This gives orchestrating integrations enough information to recover a blocked session without treating permissions as questions.
