Adding a repository through the Agent Manager project picker already expresses intent to let Agent Manager access that project. The separate per-project trust action made added repositories appear blocked and required an unrelated second step before they could be used.\n\nThis change removes the project-level trust state and UI. Added repositories are immediately available for selection, expansion, hydration, polling, and indexing consent. VS Code workspace trust remains the execution boundary for setup and run scripts, so removing the project-list toggle does not weaken script execution protection.
