What
Add seven focused local review reports for #12695 covering marker preservation, infrastructure, OpenCode branding, unnecessary markers, pipeline chains, config fallback behavior, and Kilo-specific test coverage.
Why
The upstream merge is large enough that these fork-specific risks need an explicit human-readable audit. The reports preserve exact commands, evidence, notable non-findings, and limitations without changing the reviewed code.
