SUGGESTION: Rest of page still reads as onboarding copy for new users

The new callout states App Builder is "no longer available to new users," but the unchanged sections below still address new users directly — e.g. "Prerequisites" says "Sign up or log in at app.kilo.ai" and "How to Use" step 1 says "Navigate to App Builder... from your Kilo dashboard." A first-time reader could still walk through the sign-up/navigation steps before realizing (only from this top callout) that they won't actually have access. Consider a short clarifying phrase in the callout (e.g. "the steps below apply only to existing App Builder users") so the contradiction is resolved without needing to rewrite the rest of the page.
