CLI - Show Remote Badge In TUI Prompt

• Show the existing Remote indicator in the session prompt status area when remote relay is enabled.
• Reuse the shared RemoteIndicator component for both the home footer and prompt badge.
• Add a patch changeset for the CLI user-facing fix.
