AGENTS.md already tells contributors to keep extension-specific settings in Kilo extension settings unless they are intentionally VS Code-wide. This clarifies that experimental flags should follow the existing flag patterns instead of becoming VS Code settings, and that they usually belong in the Kilo Experimental settings section.
