Agent Manager pull request badges currently require a mouse click to open the associated PR, which interrupts keyboard-driven worktree navigation.
Add a panel-scoped Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R command that opens the selected worktree's existing pull request through the same path as the PR badge. The shortcut appears in the localized keyboard shortcut map, works while the Agent Manager terminal has focus, and safely does nothing when Local or a worktree without a PR is selected.
