Description

All providers such as Open Router, Bedrock, etc work without issues. Kilo with Claude Code throws errors. However, Claude Code via terminal or the GUI works fine. I tested using Sonnet and Haiku models.

Kilo Code is having trouble...
This may indicate a failure in the model's thought process or inability to use a tool properly, which can be mitigated with some user guidance (e.g. "Try breaking down the task into smaller steps").

Not for me. Claude is installed and works fine. It just won't work with Kilo Code.

I have this Problem with the newly released Claude Opus 4.5. Even simple "Hello" would error.

Yesterday i "solved" it by removing lots of memory files (SuperClaude uninstall). But it was only half-solved because it only worked when I increased the "Error & Repitition Limit" to 6+ with increased seconds in between, i.e. it still constantly outputted this message but seemingly it got one task mit multiple steps done.
Yet now, I don't seem to get a scenario to work.

Though, it does seem to 100% work when tasked only with the prompt enhancing button job.

I thought maybe it's because i have both this huge amount MCP's in claude, yet also same MCP's in KiloCode. Maybe I only need one? But i remember that I added it to Kilo too because cc wasn't using/knowing them, but maybe that has changed.

It would be really nice to work, as Claude Code made an update on Nov 24 2025 to my Account:

We've increased your limits and removed the Opus cap, so you can use Opus 4.5 up to your overall limit. Sonnet now has its own limit—it's set to match your previous overall limit, so you can use just as much as before. We may continue to adjust limits as we learn how usage
patterns evolve over time.

After removing ALL MCP's from .claude.json and disabling all in KiloCode (i.e. starting a chat with just 20k tokens) I one time got luck and it seemed to work, but consecutive retries afterwards still does not work.
Will try to find out more, until then, using Opus through claude cli.

I am going to try if the same occurs with ancestors RooCode/CLine.

I can't say it totally works in roo/cline, but it appears to "miss less of it's shots" (still has to auto retry 3-7 times). also roo's timeouts seem exponential (e.g. one suddenly 80s), yet that still doesnt help.
It's a real bummer because Opus 4.5 is the first model that really uses the Code Indexing and overall is a tool and understanding beast.
