At current you are unable to set the expand button tool-tip message through the
ActionIconproperties.I believe the
titleproperty is being treated incorrectly as mentioned in the issue. By changing the parenthesis thetitleproperty will now set the tool-tip message rather than causing the localized collapse message to be displayed.I believe this is a bug as I cannot think of a usage for the current behavior.
