• it may be necessary to install VC++ 2013 redists
• workaround for processing T4 templates is necessary: clear file 3rd/Utils/RunTemplate.bat to make build running, T4 templates won't be processed, you'll have to update generated files manually (MySpaceTexts and MyEnumToStringsGenerated)
