This PR investigated performing Full-Text search, but settled for simple search due to complexities of switching over with EF Core. This is a first pass implementation and v0.3 will likely enhance and take care of any performance tweaking as needed. Search returns sub-second in initial implementation and includes cover images. Likely will instead generate thumb images for search which are much smaller.
