Refactored and simplified the number of db calls for external data.
Added a library type to series detail plus api to shortcircuit before having to make a few db calls. Rolled back EFCore.SQLite back to 8.0.0
…rly clear the table cache.
…or reading list/collection. Hooked up delete for collection tags.
