In a large number of cases, the radical is repeated over identical elements. For example, take 0745f.svg. The radical 玉 is repeated over both of the top two parts.
I think only one of the parts, either the uppermost or the leftmost, should be marked as the radical. I assume this was done by a script or something which accidentally over-marked the radicals.
