Pack code uses "plh" as a placeholder, since the actual pack title is not known. I might try asking if they can give us a correct 3-letter code, but not optimistic.
I think everything else is normal? Lola's requirements were using two occurrences of each of her signatures, but that does not seem to be required for multi-copy signatures, and the format of a one-many replacement is copied from Silas.
