This replaces resetting the device and cuts down on error casees and speeds up the upgrade over all when the device is in this specific state. Also acts as a workaround for a bug in mcuboot.

I believe it is this bug (has since been fixed in master): mcu-tools/mcuboot#480 Sending a confirm command "cancels" the extraneous swap. |

This replaces resetting the device and cuts down on error casees and speeds up the upgrade over all when the device is in this specific state. Also acts as a workaround for a bug in mcuboot.
