pr{number} channels broken on macOS aarch64

Not sure if these are supposed to work on macOS but I haven't been able to get any of the PR channels working. I can install them fine:

juliaup add pr56801

but starting it will instantly crash:

> julia +pr56801 --startup-file=no
# no output, just exits

I've tried this for a few other PRs too and no luck.

For the record, the nightly channel works fine.

I just tried on Linux. it also crashes. But the error is a bit better:

Ok I narrowed it down to an invalid code signature. It's not the launcher but the PR builds seem to be broken:

My temporary workaround is as follows:

codesign --force --sign - ~/.julia/juliaup/julia-pr56801/bin/julia
codesign --force --sign - ~/.julia/juliaup/julia-pr56801/lib/libjulia.1.12.0.dylib

which works.
