Replace warn used in Julia v0.6 to @warn used in Julia v1 because v1 don't have it.

Amazing that all of these things are still in their - and we clearly don't have tests for them otherwise it would have come up before

It's an utterly esoteric feature it's warning for, so I'm not surprised that nobody has ever reported this. But the test code coverage could certainly be better.
