Overview

Right now, when running --mode migrate on an existing repo without any additional flags, you'll be prompted to provide the value for them. That can be cumbersome. Even if the Clack issue to allow tab-to-complete gets published, it's still extra keyboard presses.

Let's add an --auto mode to populate based on the existing repo. That way migrations can run 100% automatically from existing files on disk.

For now, it should only be allowed in --migrate mode.

Adds extra logic to `getPrefillOrPromptedOption` so that it can return
immediately without prompting if needed.
