Fixes #75 (#81)

* Added a small delay before starting a continous adjustements and added location info to the align popup. * Touch-ups to make things more consistent * Fix a tiny oversight: set the margins of btnNudgeUp to the same as the other buttons. * Fix a tiny oversight: set the align form location to the mouse position before showing the form, not in the constructor!
