Summary

  • Trans flag gradient app icon (AppIcon-Fork) with "LAB" banner to visually distinguish fork builds from upstream
  • Fork CI workflow: macOS Debug+Release, Linux daemon, nix flake check
  • Fork release workflow: macOS DMG, Linux cmuxd binaries, DEB + RPM packages
  • Nix flake for darwin .app packaging and dev shell

Fork-only infrastructure — not for upstream.

Fork-only infrastructure for lab testing of FIDO2/WebAuthn work.
Not intended for upstream.

- Trans flag gradient app icon (AppIcon-Fork) with "LAB" banner
to visually distinguish fork builds from upstream cmux
- generate_fork_icon.py: recolors debug icon banner to trans gradient
  (light blue #5BCEFA → pink #F5A9B8 → white → pink → blue)
- fork-ci.yml: build validation for macOS .app, Linux daemon, nix flake
- fork-release.yml: multi-platform release workflow producing:
  - macOS DMG (.app bundle with LAB branding)
  - Linux cmuxd binaries (amd64, arm64)
  - DEB packages (Debian/Ubuntu)
  - RPM packages (RHEL/Fedora)
- flake.nix: Nix flake for darwin .app packaging and dev shell

The upstream ghostty commit (ae3cc5d) doesn't have our fork's Linux
platform variant (PRs #1-#8 on Jesssullivan/ghostty). cmux-linux
requires GHOSTTY_PLATFORM_LINUX from the fork.

The ghostty fork needs a separate rebase onto upstream before we can
update the submodule pointer. Keep our fork commit for now.

Update ghostty submodule to Jesssullivan/ghostty@620ecaebb which has:
- manaflow-ai/ghostty base (ae3cc5d): upstream APIs (clear_selection,
  select_cursor_cell, config_path_s, bool read_clipboard callback)
- Our 8 Linux PRs (#1-#8): GHOSTTY_PLATFORM_LINUX, OpenGL fixes,
  renderer backend imports

Also update onReadClipboard return type to bool (matches new ghostty).

The Ghostty upgrade made paste_from_clipboard a performable binding.
In performKeyEquivalent, the !isPerformable guard prevented the menu
from handling Cmd+V, so keyDown was called directly. Inside keyDown,
interpretKeyEvents triggered paste: (clipboard request #1) and then
ghostty_surface_key fired the same binding (clipboard request #2),
causing a double-paste race that corrupted the output.

Remove the !isPerformable exclusion so performable bindings like paste
also try the Edit menu first, restoring the single-request flow.
