Description
Reduces resources for the early cycle EnKF update (enkfgfs_eupd), which uses 30 instead of 80 members.
Increases resources for the early and late cycle ATM analysis (gfs_anal, gdas_anal) step to reduce runtime.
Both changes are at high resolution and on WCOSS2 only.
