fix: rename CI job to satisfy required build status check - #19

The branch protection for main requires a 'build' check, but the job was named 'pr-checks'. Renaming the job to 'build' satisfies the required status check constraint. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku <noreply@anthropic.com>
