ImportError: Cannot import name 'transpose_shape' from 'keras.utils.generic_utils'

Expected behavior: Keras should be imported normally
Actual behavior: On importing keras, it gives an import error: Cannot import name 'transpose_shape' from 'keras.utils.genric_utils'
Steps to reproduce:

I was trying to run f1_follow_line_camera_dqn.py brain, so I changed the brain path in default-rl.yml. But when I executed python3 driver.py -c default-rl.yml -g that error shows up on line from keras import backend as K. On further investigation, I tried to import keras on python3 shell, and that was showing up the same error.

Also, there were some warnings: Using modular system for hdf5, please switch to tensorflow-io

Using pip install solves my similar problem where I installed Keras, etc., by Conda dependencies.

Can't reproduce the error. It works fine for me using that config file. Could you download latest docker version with dependencies and test that it works?
