Two of these are worth calling out for anyone reading the release:

• Persistence frame providers don't recognise JasperFx.Events.Documents — a handler taking IDocumentSessionOperations silently loses its writes #3956 and Leader assigns the wolverinedb durability agent to nodes with DurabilityAgentEnabled = false — assignment never converges and outgoing recovery never runs #3954 were both silent failures. The first discarded a handler's writes with no exception; the second left outgoing envelopes unrecovered while every queue table read zero. Neither surfaced an error to the operator.
• GH-3950: quiesce a Rabbit channel that the broker has already closed #3964 does not fix the code=541 connection deaths and the entry says so. The root cause is upstream in rabbitmq-dotnet-client's SessionManager.Lookup.

No entry for #3965 (ConventionalRouting test host leak) — that is test infrastructure only and does not affect any shipped package.
