Following up on #1790, this PR aims to allow wolverine to connect to an existing subscription.
The current implementation is focused around topics, which will create a node private subscription for the topic.
However, for cases where we want to use wolverine to implement a handler for messages that are sent to an existing subscription, this would be an alternative way.
