feat(#370): FetchStreamStatePlan / FetchStreamPlan + batched event fetches + StreamEventState / StreamEvents (marten#5053 parity) - #372

Using member 'System.Text.Json.JsonSerializer.Serialize<TValue>(TValue, JsonSerializerOptions)' which has 'RequiresDynamicCodeAttribute' can break functionality when AOT compiling. JSON serialization and deserialization might require types that cannot be statically analyzed and might need runtime code generation. Use System.Text.Json source generation for native AOT applications.

Using member 'System.Text.Json.JsonSerializer.Serialize<TValue>(TValue, JsonSerializerOptions)' which has 'RequiresUnreferencedCodeAttribute' can break functionality when trimming application code. JSON serialization and deserialization might require types that cannot be statically analyzed. Use the overload that takes a JsonTypeInfo or JsonSerializerContext, or make sure all of the required types are preserved.

Using member 'Polecat.Internal.SecondaryStoreProxyFactory.GetOrCreate(Type)' which has 'RequiresDynamicCodeAttribute' can break functionality when AOT compiling. Generates a runtime subclass per secondary-store interface via System.Reflection.Emit.

Ambiguous reference in cref attribute: 'JsonIndex'. Assuming 'Polecat.Storage.DocumentMappingExpression<T>.JsonIndex(System.Linq.Expressions.Expression<System.Func<T, object?>>, System.Action<Polecat.Storage.JsonIndex>?)', but could have also matched other overloads including 'Polecat.Storage.DocumentMappingExpression<T>.JsonIndex(System.Action<Polecat.Storage.JsonIndex>?)'.

XML comment on 'RecordProgressionOperation' has a paramref tag for 'upsert', but there is no parameter by that name
