Introduces the StartIndexesByTenantId option to allow all document indexes to be prefixed with tenant_id, improving index selectivity for conjoined multi-tenancy scenarios. Updates documentation, adds tests for the new behavior, and implements the option in DocumentMapping, MartenRegistry, and ComputedIndex.
