Retrofit some of the query plan JSON props becoming nullable in latest Postgres.
Also a related unit test
LinqTests.Acceptance.diagnostic_methods.retrieves_query_plan_with_where_and_all_options_enabledis failing in CI.(this will potentially address it).Note: This is a breaking change with regards to binary compatibility which requires bumping up major version
