Upgraded JasperFx/JasperFx.Events. Channels Alpha 2. attached copy of weasel & jasperfx kebab case code went to JasperFx changes to support tracking tenant id to databases in descriptors added new member to StandinDatabase Database identity changes and other additional APIs to support Wolverine work distribution and CritterWatch
