Introduce ProjectionStateTracker to track projection states across health check invocations. Update AsyncDaemonHealthCheck to utilize this new tracker and modify its constructor accordingly. Add a test to ensure the tracker is registered in the service collection. Enhance CheckHealthAsync logic to improve robustness in health check implementation.
