Override table prefix in DocumentStore configuration

Hi,
I need to control all the table name, including prefix. There is a way (or an open issue to add that feature) to override the prefix on tables, just as it exists in DocumentAlias?

@jefnazario This has come up before, but I thought then and now that that's a bridge awfully far away. There's a lot of logic that already keys on the "mt_" prefix and it would take a lot of changes all the way throughout the code to make that configurable.

Sorry, but I don't see this happening any time soon. Why do you need to do that by the way?
