Set source compatibility to 1.7 for gdx-runtime, otherwise it seems it defaults to 1.8 with Jitpack which causes errors on clients using the runtime unless they also set to 1.8.
Also, remove Guacamole library and bring the two classes we need from it adapted for 1.7 because Guacamole has 1.8 source compat.
