Return with world height instead of local height #156

Fix for @antzGames's comment.

So we should scale the height with y scale value because currently the height value is the local height value, not the height in the world.

Tested on the runtime. Looks good. Used:

api "com.github.DGZT:Mundus:world-height-instead-of-local-height-SNAPSHOT"

Thank you for fixing this. So cool I can test PRs on the runtime very easy now.
