Harden Cognee telemetry correlation

Summary

• add local-only Cognee correlation IDs for API attempt telemetry
• log one logical_search_id across retries and a fresh request_id per HTTP attempt
• normalize nested privacy/results/vendor usage fields so missing vendor usage and cost remain unknown/null
