@ulmononian I resolved the conflicts with jcsda_emc_spack_stack, spack unit tests are running now. Can you update the submodule pointer in your spack-stack PR to the new spack hash 8749e3e for CI testing? |

Add checksums for esmf/8.4.2, fms/2023.01, and hdf5/1.14.1(-2).
Update fms version in ufs-weather-model-env package
