Description
This PR adds an example that can be used with feature/query. The data is from adpsfc prepbufr data.
The files added in iodaconv were:
test/testinput/ADPSFC.data_thinned
test/testinput/adpsfc_prepbufr.yaml
test/testoutput/adpsfc_thinned.nc
