Fixes multifile media for drupal 9

What's new?

• removal of deprecated functions
• add missing dependency injection

How should this be tested?

• load up a drupal 9 islandora (perhaps via the PR for the playbook)
• try to create a new multifile media action (such as "Create a Derivative for Media File Attachment")
• see it fail
• pull in this PR
• cache clear
• try to create a multifile media action
• watch it succeed
• test that action to make sure it works all the way through
