change default fedora URL #60

This allows fedora to work without needing to expose it via traefik and DNS.

With this change we can disable public access to fedora by adding the traefik-disable label to our docker-compose.yml

For anyone displaying the Fedora URI // field_gemini_uri on their node default display this will cause those links to use the docker network alias, and they will be broken

So, I guess we need to determine whether we want fedora exposed by default. If we do, then we just document how to shut it off, which would include making this change. I will leave this open so we can discuss it at the next tech call.

Good point. We just talked about this in the tech call. I am going to document this instead.
