Summary

This Release fixes several issues found in previous versions and introduces new features.

What's changed

• new feature(#447): Improved horizontal navigation for admins - removed the need for the admin dashboard by displaying the Members page tabular and moving the “Upload new version” button to the Constitution page
• fix(#295): Guest users and members view the Members page with a card view and hovering over the member cards displays the full text (up to 500 characters)

• fix(#481): Added semantic versioning on GH
• fix(#438): Mandatory username field for new user registration

• fix(#491): Version history: footer alignment

• fix(#494): “No Constitution Available” - that is, “blank” pages for Constitution Page and Version History Page are redesigned to be aligned with the “blank” pages on other pages
