Implements an alternative to the previous octree based decomposition with sparse reconstruction by using a regular grid to classify particles into subdomains and a local dense reconstruction. Stitching doesn't require any overlap anymore. Usually this approach is about two times faster than the old octree-based implementation.
The goal is to remove the octree-based implementation if the new approach proves to be successful.
