Remove Azure pipelines config file: GitHub actions replaced Azure pipelines and the corresponding config files were removed from the remote module template in: InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKModuleTemplate#90 Which previously dwelt at the root folder (as the file removed in this commit): InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKModuleTemplate#56
