This pull request refers to this issue : #181 (Help us translate Infisical)
This PR adds support for Spanish locale. I'm not a professional translator but chose the best options I could, taking care of the UI and keeping it as simple to understand as possible.
Some parts of the app are missing the localization, I could work on it on next pull requests.
