catching exception in monitor_connection() method of Manager class #3

monitor_connection() if asterisk service is stopped.

Sorry, I wasn't receiving issue updates. I didn't mean to ignore you, I just 
didn't see this until now. :(

And, yes, saying that a year late is terrible.
