This fixes the build by removing
suggestion-mode=yesas per pylint-dev/pylint#9962 - it;'s now enabled by defaultsee also https://github.com/pylint-dev/pylint/blob/1cc3be26169590bb549311f86d6727776445a87e/doc/whatsnew/4/4.0/index.rst#breaking-changes
