Overview of the Feature Request

The current endpoint requires to pass an API token for retrieving the current API token info. We need to change this to support actual API mechanisms for being able to consume this endpoint from js-dataverse.

API token page work

What existing behavior do you want changed?
Fix users/token endpoint for retrieving the token using any API auth mechanism
