210 update the auth url for community app

This should fix the playbook log in issue currently.

Access to fetch at 'https://incore.ncsa.illinois.edu/maestro/galveston/steps' from origin 'https://tools.in-core.org' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

Since we migrate to gitOps, I'm not actually sure what's the best way to modify configMaps anymore.
I didn't find those on the git repo, so assuming they are still coming from this chart.
