Moves the fleet pin from 2026.6.1 to 2026.6.6.

config/openclaw-target.txt is the single source of truth the installer (step_openclaw_install) and the updater read, and gateway-pre-start uses it to keep @openclaw/codex aligned to the core.

Validated on a Jetson Orin device: 2026.6.6 core installs, both auth-bypass patches re-apply cleanly, and ClawBox AI + Codex (ChatGPT subscription, @openclaw/codex@2026.6.6 on arm64) chat both work. No other change needed — the patch step and codex realignment already key off this pin.

One-line config bump; no code to simplify.
